What counts as an eval call?
Every call to the GET /flags endpoint counts as one eval call, regardless of how many flags are returned in the response.
What happens when I exceed the Free plan limit?
Eval calls above 50,000/month are rejected with a 429 status. Upgrade to Startup to continue, or your quota resets at the start of the next calendar month.
How is the Startup overage billed?
Each 100,000 eval calls beyond the 1M monthly inclusion is billed at €4. Usage is counted in full blocks - partial blocks are rounded up at the end of the billing period.
Where is my data stored?
All Free and Startup data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt and Dublin). Enterprise deployments can choose any EU region or run in your own cloud environment under your control.
Do you sign a Data Processing Agreement (DPA)?
Yes. Startup and Enterprise customers can request a DPA. Enterprise contracts include a DPA, sub-processor list, and GDPR Article 28 clauses by default.
Can I self-host?
Yes. The backend is open for inspection but not under an open-source license. Enterprise customers receive a private deployment option managed by us inside your own environment.
